This community is the heart of Daroory, where every user contributes to a collaborative and trusted environment.

By registering and using the Daroory platform, you consent to receive communications and notifications related to your use of the platform. These communications may include, among other things, information about updates to the platform, special offers and advertising promotions posted on Daroory, as well as other relevant information that may enhance the user's experience on the platform. These notifications will be sent through various channels, including emails, SMS messages and push notifications, ensuring that the user is always informed about activities and opportunities available on the platform.
Daroory provides users with the flexibility to manage these communications according to their preferences. Users can adjust their communication preferences through their account settings on the platform, allowing them to decide what type of notifications they wish to receive and through what means. In addition, if at any time the user wishes to stop receiving certain messages, they can easily do so by using the 'unsubscribe' option available in emails or by replying with the word 'STOP' in SMS messages. This ensures that the user maintains full control over the communications they receive, while respecting their privacy and personal preferences.
Users have the possibility to register on the Daroory platform quickly and easily using a variety of authentication options, such as Google, Apple, Facebook, phone number or email, allowing them to choose the method that best suits their needs and preferences. After completing the registration process, users can proceed to create and manage their personal profiles within the platform. This includes the possibility of adding a profile picture for visual representation, as well as updating their contact details and other relevant information they wish to share.

In such cases, the user will be notified and provided with an explanation of the reasons that led to the deletion or suspension of the account.
Users may share information through their profile with other users. Any information that users provide and share through the platform is the sole responsibility of the users themselves. Users are free to provide and share information, but are responsible for the use of such information, its publication and disclosure. Daroory is not responsible for the information provided and shared by users through the platform.
Users of the Daroory platform have the ability to post ads in a variety of categories, including but not limited to Real Estate, Vehicles, Electronics, Fashion and Services. This wide variety of categories allows users to offer a diverse range of products and services, making it easy to connect with potential buyers or customers within the platform.
The ad posting process has been designed to be intuitive and accessible, providing specific fields that are tailored to the particularities of each category. For example, when posting an ad in the Vehicles category, users will be able to specify details such as mileage, year of manufacture and other relevant vehicle features. Similarly, in the Real Estate category, details such as the number of rooms, square metres and location of the property can be included. These fields help ensure that listings are detailed, relevant and useful to potential prospects, improving the quality of interactions within the platform.
Once published, ads can be managed directly from the user's profile. This includes the ability to edit listing information to make updates or corrections, delete the listing if it is no longer available, or mark it as sold once a transaction has been completed. These management options allow users to maintain full control over their listings, ensuring that the information available on Daroory is always accurate and up to date. The platform strives to provide tools that facilitate both the publication and management of listings, promoting a satisfying and efficient user experience.

Daroory offers its users the ability to access special features, such as the option to highlight or boost their ads, by subscribing to specific plans. These subscription plans allow users to promote their ads more effectively, ensuring greater visibility within the platform and thus increasing the chances of attracting interested parties or potential buyers.
Subscription plans may include the option of automatic recurring billing, usually on a monthly basis. This means that once the user subscribes to a plan, the corresponding amount will be automatically charged on the agreed billing date, using the payment method the user provided at the time of subscription. Users are free to cancel their subscription at any time, and although automatic billing will stop, access to the contracted special features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Payment for these subscription plans is made via the payment methods available on the platform, which are processed by a third party payment service provider. Daroory ensures that all transactions are secure and that users' payment details are protected in accordance with applicable security standards. This approach allows users to enjoy premium features on an ongoing basis, without worrying about service interruptions due to automatic renewal of their subscription.
All purchases made on the Daroory platform, including subscriptions to plans, ad bundles and any other services offered, are final and non-refundable. This means that once a user has confirmed and completed a transaction, no refunds, returns or credits will be offered, regardless of the use made of the service purchased. Users are advised to carefully review the details of their purchase before confirming payment. By proceeding with the purchase, the user agrees and acknowledges that he/she shall not be entitled to any refund for any reason whatsoever, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
Certain features of the platform allow users to provide and publish content via the platform through the user profile and the publication of ads on the platform. You retain any copyright or other rights you may have in the content you provide and share through the platform. Daroory is not responsible for the accuracy, safety or legality of content posted and shared on the platform by users. By providing and publishing content and information via the platform, the user grants Daroory a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up right and license to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce and modify the user content for the sole purpose of displaying it through the platform and to the general public.

Any violation of these terms and conditions or the publication and transfer of prohibited content on the platform may result in the removal of the content on the platform and the suspension of the user's account.
Daroory may, at any time and without notice, screen, remove, edit or block any user content that, in our sole judgment, violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise objectionable, including the deletion of any user account that violates these terms and conditions. If a user or content owner notifies us that user content allegedly does not conform to these terms, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove the user content, which we reserve the right to do at any time and without notice. User acknowledges and agrees that Daroory reserves the right to monitor all information transmitted or received through the platform, and may do so from time to time, for operational and other purposes.
The platform contains messaging areas and functions to enable communication between users. The user may only use the chat or messaging service to send and receive messages that are relevant and specific to the purposes of the platform. The user may NOT use the chat or messaging service available on the platform to do any of the following:

Users must provide truthful and accurate information on their profiles and during all interactions on the platform.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
User privacy is a priority at Daroory. Disclosure of other users' personal information is not permitted without their express consent.
Commercial Interactions:
Commercial and promotional interactions must be transparent and follow Daroory's policies. Spam and misleading advertising is not permitted. Users wishing to promote products, services or events must do so in an honest manner and comply with all applicable local and national regulations. Daroory reserves the right to review and remove promotional content that does not comply with these guidelines.
Impersonation:
Daroory promotes authenticity among its users. Creating fake accounts, impersonating other people, or misrepresenting a user's identity is prohibited. Users must provide truthful and accurate information in their profiles. Authenticity is key to maintaining the trust and integrity of our community.
Incitement to hatred and violence:
No content that promotes or incites hatred, violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic will be tolerated. Conduct that compromises the security of the platform:
Users must not engage in actions that may compromise the security or integrity of the platform, such as attempting to access other people's accounts, distributing malware, phishing attacks or any other form of cybercrime.

However, it is important to note that Daroory acts only as a technological facilitator and does not participate in transactions between users, nor does it have control over the products or services offered. The following are the limitations of liability in various relevant scenarios:
Accuracy and Reliability of Content:
Daroory does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, or timeliness of content posted by users, including descriptions of products, services, prices, images, and any other information related to advertisements. Users should perform their own due diligence before relying on any content posted on the platform. Daroory is not responsible for decisions made by users based on information provided in advertisements.
Transactions between users:
Transactions made between users, including buying, selling, renting, bartering or any other type of agreement, are solely between the parties involved. Daroory has no involvement in the negotiation, execution or performance of these agreements, nor does it guarantee the success of the transactions. Any disputes arising between users in connection with a transaction are the sole responsibility of the parties, and Daroory will not mediate or intervene in such disputes.
Limitation of Consequential Damages:
Daroory shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the platform, even if Daroory has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, business interruption, loss of data, or damage to reputation. Users assume all risks associated with use of the platform, including those arising from interactions with other users.
User-generated content:
All content generated and posted by users on Daroory is the sole responsibility of those users. Daroory does not warrant that this content is free of errors, omissions, or that it does not infringe third party rights, including intellectual property rights. Daroory reserves the right to remove any content that it deems inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or in violation of the terms and conditions of the platform, but this action does not imply an assumption of liability by Daroory.
Availability of Service:
Daroory does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. The platform may be subject to outages, maintenance, upgrades or technical issues that may affect accessibility or functionality. Daroory shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by interruption of service, or inability to access the platform at any time.
Information Security:
Although Daroory takes reasonable security measures to protect users' personal information and data, Daroory does not guarantee that such measures are foolproof. Daroory is not responsible for any unauthorized access, disclosure, loss or alteration of user personal information that may occur as a result of security vulnerabilities, cyber-attacks, or system errors.
Off-Platform Interactions:
Daroory is not responsible for interactions that occur outside of the platform, even if those interactions were initiated through an advertisement on Daroory. This includes in-person meetings, exchanges of products or services, and any other activity that occurs outside of the platform environment. Users should take reasonable precautions and exercise caution when interacting with other users outside of the platform.
Posting of Prohibited or Illegal Content:
Daroory does not endorse or permit the posting of content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. However, Daroory cannot review all content posted on the platform and assumes no responsibility for prohibited content that may be posted. Daroory reserves the right to remove any content that violates its policies, but does not guarantee immediate removal of such content.
Maximum Liability:
In any event, Daroory's total aggregate liability in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the platform or these terms and conditions, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you have paid to Daroory for use of the platform in the 12 months prior to the claim. This limitation applies even if the proposed remedies fail for their essential purpose.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
Daroory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Daroory does not warrant that the service will meet user requirements, that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
By using the Daroory platform, users acknowledge and accept these limitations of liability as an essential condition of accessing and using the services offered by Daroory. Users assume all liability for use of the platform and agree to hold Daroory harmless from any claims, demands or damages arising from their interactions on the platform or with other users.
Daroory grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the Daroory platform and downloadable through the App Store and Google Play Services free of charge, including but not limited to modified versions, updates, upgrades, enhancements, improvements, additions, additions and copies, if any. This license is for the sole purpose of allowing you to use the features available on the platform in the manner permitted by these terms.
The user agrees not to use the platform negligently, for fraudulent purposes or in an unlawful manner. Likewise, the user agrees not to partake in any conduct or action that could damage the image, interests, or rights of the Daroory platform or third parties.
This service prohibits sending of messages, that: (1) Any kind of messages that are cataloged as SPAM. (2) Are harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, in bad faith, unethical or otherwise illegal content (3) distribute trojans, viruses or other malicious computer software (4) Are intending to commit fraud, impersonating other persons, phishing, scams, or related crime (5) distribute intellectual property without ownership or a license to distribute such property (6) Breach, in any way, the terms of service, privacy policy or rules of this web site or the recipients.

Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Daroory excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Daroory and Daroory shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

These links do not imply that Daroory endorses, controls or has any affiliation with the linked sites, or endorses the content, products, services or information available on such external sites. Daroory is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or legality of the content present on such third-party sites, and assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss that may arise from access to or use of these external resources.
Users who choose to access third party websites from links provided on the platform do so at their own risk. Daroory does not warrant that the links are secure or that the linked sites are free of viruses, malware or any other harmful components. Daroory shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts that may be due to unforeseen circumstances.
Both the user and Daroory acknowledge that failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in termination of the agreement between both parties.
In case of non-compliance by the user: If the user fails to comply with any of the terms set forth in these terms and conditions, Daroory reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the user's access to and use of the platform. Daroory may take this action without prior notice, and the user will automatically lose all rights to access and use the platform. Furthermore, Daroory shall not be liable for any loss of data or information associated with the user's account.
In case of non-compliance by Daroory: If Daroory fails to comply with its obligations under the agreed terms and conditions, the User shall be entitled to terminate the agreement and stop using the platform. The user shall notify Daroory in writing of the breach and allow a reasonable time for Daroory to remedy the situation. If Daroory does not remedy the breach within the set period, the user may proceed with the termination of the agreement.
Termination of the agreement shall not release either party from any obligations and liabilities that have arisen prior to the date of termination.
Continued use of the platform after termination of the agreement by either party shall imply acceptance of the conditions set forth in the terms and conditions in effect at that time.
You acknowledge and agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, whether for breach, termination, performance, interpretation or validity, as well as any aspect of the use of the platform and services, shall preferably be resolved by binding arbitration between you and Daroory. However, both parties retain the right to bring individual claims in a court of competent jurisdiction if they deem it necessary.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your use of the platform and services or your breach of these terms and conditions, both parties agree to seek resolution through an arbitration process. This process will be conducted before a recognised and respected arbitration entity, selected by mutual agreement of both parties and following the applicable commercial arbitration rules.
In addition, you agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, not to initiate, join or participate in class action lawsuits associated with any claim, dispute or controversy that may arise in connection with your use of the platform and services. This commitment seeks to promote a more agile and personalized resolution of any conflict, favoring arbitration and individual legal actions over collective proceedings.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom. In the event that this document is translated into other languages, it is hereby clarified that the English version shall be the official version and shall prevail over any other version in the event of discrepancies, inconsistencies or differences in interpretation.
